KALE being one of the pioneer organisations in establishing an R&D Center with the intention of proactive evaluation of market and customer expectations and aiming to contribute to national economy at the same time , received R&D Center Certificate in 2011 after completing all the necessary infrastructure works.
KALE R&D Center seized targeted levels set by the Ministry of Industry and Technology in a short period of time , rapidly accommodating to rules and regulations matured by the public authority over the years with high priority and focus.
With increasing business pace , we are rightly taking pride for being continuously a reward winning company in the last 3 years.
In this respect ;
Successive rewards were achieved with ‘New Generation High Power Multi-Purpose Tractor Cooling Module Development’ project in R&D Management Category in 2016 and ‘National Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Cooling Module as R&D Management Example’ project in R&D Management Category again in 2017.
All R&D activities , with context of co-design , are carried out with general working principle in collaboration with Suppliers and Customers , together with The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK) , Universities and Test Research Centers abroad. Finally , as declared in the 7th R&D Center Performance Awards Ceremony organised by Ministry of Industry and Technology on 19.11.2019 , KALE R&D Center was worthily granted with the ‘First Prize’ for ‘Collaboration and Interaction Category’ in 2018. Award plaque was presented by Mr. Mustafa VARANK – Minister of Industry and Technology to our Factory Manager Mr. Ibrahim ZENGIN and R&D Director Mr. Ahmet PERUT representing our company at the ceremony.
