According to the manufacturer, the launch is scheduled for the 2025-2026 crop season and has “great success potential.” Bayer highlighted that Plenexos will offer both foliar and soil applications, suitable for use in crops such as soybeans, cotton, fruits, and vegetables.

“It is a platform with a Bayer-exclusive molecule, a green product as it is highly selective and does not affect beneficial insects like pollinators. The solution controls all pest stages and has an excellent residual effect,” she explained.
The executive emphasized that when it was combined with other active ingredients, Plenexos aimed to bring the “best solution for Brazilian and global agriculture.” However, she explained that the product was still in the protocol conduction phase with the scientific and research chain.
According to Bayer, the goal is to be “always attentive to bringing increasingly specialized and complementary responses to field needs.”
