Meat exporters will have the opportunity to learn about new ways of working as a result of Covid-19 during the latest in a series of Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB) export webinars.
Next month, AHDB will host “Trading under Covid-19”, to highlight some of the key changes adopted within market access measures during the pandemic.
The webinar, which takes place on December 3, will feature Ouafa Doxon from AHDB’s global supply chain who will provide an overview of some of the global market access measures adopted as a result of Covid-19.
She will be joined by a representative from the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra), who will present the work undertaken by Defra to prepare for the China Covid-19 remote audit.
This will be followed by a presentation from Cristian Nistor from the Food Standards Agency (FSA) who will look at how they have adapted to the pandemic by carrying out remote and semi-remote audits.
