Agreement Between Antonio Carraro Spa And Carraro Spa

Last 28 September at the Antonio Carraro headquarters in Campodarsego, an agreement was signed between Antonio Carraro SpA, represented by Chairman Maurizio Maschio, and Carraro SpA Divisione Agritalia, part of the Carraro Group, represented by Chairman Enrico Carraro.

This agreement lays the foundations for a new and mutually beneficial collaboration between the two well-known Veneto-based companies for the sale of classic Antonio Carraro branded tractors designed and manufactured at the Carraro Agritalia plant in Rovigo. Antonio Carraro will contribute its expertise in addressing the national and international market, while Carraro SpA – Divisione Agritalia will provide its knowledge and experience in the development and production of traditional Vineyard and Orchard tractors for the industry’s major OEMs. The agreement will officially take effect next 1 January 2024.

An agreement that will allow both companies to explore new potential synergies within the supply chain and share best practices in the specialised tractor market. Antonio Carraro SpA is an historic company from Veneto, located in Campodarsego, near Padua. Founded by Giovanni Carraro in 1910, it is a world leader in the production of compact tractors for specialised agriculture and civil maintenance. Supported by decades of international experience, the company employs more than 550 people in its headquarters and sales subsidiaries in Australia, Spain, France and Turkey. The sales network includes more than 600 points of sale, including importers and dealers worldwide.

Carraro SpA – Divisione Agritalia is Carraro Group’s business division (turnover of 762 mil. EURO, 3,800 employees, plants in Italy, India, China and Argentina) dedicated to the design and production of specialised vineyard and orchard tractors (between 75 and 120 horsepower) for the industry’s major OEMs, including Claas, John Deere, Massey Ferguson and Valtra. Today, thanks to its consolidated expertise, Carraro Agritalia is able to offer a broad range of tractor-specific engineering services.
