The 3800-litre plastic spraying tank is complemented by a 400 litre fresh water tank and is designed for easy cleaning. A PTO-driven piston diaphragm pump is available with an output of either 270 l/min or 400 l/min. Two multi-way valves control the suction and the pressure sides of the machine respectively and offer clear and simple control. The 35-litre induction tank of the Leeb AX is similar to the one used in the larger trailed Leeb models and enables powders and granules to dissolve quickly and thoroughly.
BoomControl Eco enables the new Leeb AX to maintain a 50cm distance to the crop at operational speeds of up to 15kph. The working boom widths range from 18 to 30 metres, divided in five to nine sections and feature 50cm nozzle spacing as standard.
The drawbar can either be equipped with an upper or a lower linkage. An optional drawbar steering system that automatically follows the tractor tracks is available. Wheel track widths can be easily adjusted from 1.5m to 2.25m, and the Leeb 4 AX is fully ISOBUS compatible and can be used with the well-known HORSCH terminals.
In addition to the Leeb AX, the latest Avatar SD and Serto SC drills, and Cruiser XL and Terrano GX cultivators will be on the stand.
The Avatar SD is now available in 3m and 4m working width in addition to the 6m, 8m and 12m versions. Due to the Avatar’s high tare weight, the new single disc coulter is ideal for direct seeding. The Avatar SD in 4m working width weighs 5,800kg, 9,300kg at 6m and 19,160 kg at 12m working widths. Despite the high weight necessary for a direct seed drill, the horsepower requirement of the Avatar SD is low as the SingleDisc coulters are arranged in two bars.
The Serto SC is a compact seed drill for large farms with working widths of 10m and 12m. It features an all-over tyre packer combined with a heavy double-disc seed coulter. Two seed coulters run behind every tyre with a row spacing of 16.6 cm, similar to the well-proven Pronto system, and the all-over packer lowers horsepower requirement and saves fuel.
The 5m and 6m Cruiser XL trailed cultivator fills the gap between the 3-point linkage mounted models and the 10m and 12m trailed versions. The cultivator can be equipped with four different cultivation points making it ideal for stubble cultivation with optimum straw distribution after combining, seedbed preparation, as a fine cultivator for mechanical weed control or for loosening and venting the soils in spring. A wide range of single and double packer are available.
Available in 4m and 6m, the Terrano GX features 3- or 4-bar version with a tine spacing between 28.5cm and 31.5cm. It is equipped with the third generation TerraGrip, with its spring located in the frame and a 550kg release force with large and maintenance-free pivot points that guarantee a long service life. The cultivator can be equipped with four cultivation point options from intensely mixing to merely loosening for a wide variety of conditions. A wide range of single and double packer are available.
