Fendt line-up for Cereals 2019

The Fendt area will be dominated by a large, black combine harvester – the award-winning IDEAL model – a machine Fendt say that sets new standards of design, efficiency, cut quality and speed of operation, establishing a benchmark to which others can now only aspire.

Also on display will be the Rogator 655 self-propelled sprayer. Meticulously thought out, the Rogator delivers sector-leading application performance and is the result of more than half a century of field sprayer production at the company’s manufacturing facility in the Netherlands.

Power, pin-point handling, accuracy and efficiency are achieved via section control, the variable rate facility and VarioDoc Pro. Years of testing have enabled the optimum boom position to be established, together with a degree of user-friendliness Fendt say that has not experienced until now.

Those with a preference for trailed sprayers will have the opportunity to get up close to the latest trailed sprayers from Fendt – in this instance the Rogator 355, the third up the line in a four model range.

The 355 has a 5775-litre tank capacity and a choice of boom widths in the range 24m to 30m. ‘User-friendly’ is usually near the top of the must-have features for most trailed sprayer operators, and the 355 really does tick that box.

From its tractor range the six-model 700 Series – the 237hp 724 Vario will be on display. This machine has a power-to-weight ratio of just 33kg/hp, which gives  great economy and highly responsive and precise handling.
